Insurance and Fee Schedule for PMHNP Services:

Thank you for choosing our PMHNP services for your mental health needs. We accept the following insurances: Aetna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, New Hampshire WellSense, Tricare, and United Behavioral Health.

Insurance Coverage:

• We are in-network with Aetna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, NH WellSense, Tricare, and United Behavioral Health.

• We are in the application process for other major insurance providers and hope to expand our network soon.

 

Financial Details:

• Co-payments, coinsurances, and deductibles are expected to be paid before your visit with the provider as per your insurance plan's requirements.

• The exact amount of these charges will vary depending on your insurance coverage and the specific services rendered.

 

Out-of-Network Services:

• If your insurance is out-of-network, we will provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a "superbill," which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

• It is the patient's responsibility and is advisable to contact your insurance company before your visit to understand the reimbursement process for out-of-network services.

 

Billing Process:

1. Our administrative team will verify your insurance coverage when scheduling your appointment and inform you of any applicable co-payments, coinsurances, or deductibles.

2. Payments for these charges are due 24 hours prior to the visit and no later than at the time of your appointment. We accept credit/debit cards and cash.

3. If your insurance requires a co-payment, it must be paid before seeing the provider.

4. For services not covered by insurance or for self-pay patients, full payment is expected at the time of service.

5. If applicable, you'll receive a superbill for out-of-network services, facilitating potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.
