Insurance and Fee Schedule for PMHNP Services:

Thank you for choosing our PMHNP services for your mental health needs. We accept the following insurances: Aetna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, New Hampshire WellSense, Tricare, and United Behavioral Health.

We are in-network with Aetna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, NH WellSense, Tricare, and United Behavioral Health.

We are in the application process for other major insurance providers and hope to expand our network soon.
Financial Details:

Co-payments, coinsurances, and deductibles are expected to be paid before your visit with the provider as per your insurance plan's requirements.

Out-of-Network Services:

If your insurance is out-of-network, we will provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a "superbill," which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

It is the patient's responsibility and is advisable to contact your insurance company before your visit to understand the reimbursement process for out-of-network services.
Billing Process:
1. Our administrative team will verify your insurance coverage when scheduling your appointment and inform you of any applicable co-payments, coinsurances, or deductibles.
2. Payments for these charges are due 24 hours prior to the visit and no later than at the time of your appointment. We accept credit/debit cards and cash.
3. If your insurance requires a co-payment, it must be paid before seeing the provider.
4. For services not covered by insurance or for self-pay patients, full payment is expected at the time of service.
5. If applicable, you'll receive a superbill for out-of-network services, facilitating potential reimbursement from your insurance provider.
